Jamie R. Steele

Jamie R. Steele, 47, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023 at Northwest Health - La Porte.

Jamie was born on February 21, 1976 in South Bend, IN, to Kenneth and Theresa Steele.

Surviving Jamie are his children, Kendra Steele and Jacob Seidner, both of La Porte; significant other, Sara Seidner of La Porte; parents, Kenneth (Theresa) Steele of South Bend; brothers, Kerry (Lisa) Steele of Bremen and Joel Steele of South Bend; nephews, Steve and David Steele of Bremen; cousin, Marshall Steele of South Bend; and best friend, Tim Huntsburger of South Bend.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Jamie worked in construction for many years.  He enjoyed guns, survival gear, music, and grilling.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Gathering will be held at 2 p.m. (EST) on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 17230 Quinn Rd, Bremen, IN.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Sara Seidner, 2900 Monroe Street, La Porte, IN 46350 for the continued care of Sara and Jamie's daughter, Kendra.
