Alec Thomas Collins passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at IU Health La Porte Hospital.
Alec was born in La Porte, IN, on April 1, 2017 to Greg and Natasha Lynn (Redlin) Collins.
Surviving are his parent; sisters, Sophia and Audrey; brother, Axton; and twin brother, August; grandparents, Sally (Donald) Mills, Jameson Redlin, Rhonda (Jeffery) Hurford, and Charlie (April) Collins; great-grandparents, Ina O'Hara, Flora Tibbetts, Ted Bierly, Beverly Lynn Fraine, Harlis Collins, Vonda Reed; great, great-grandmother, Eva Rice; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Dean Redlin and Eugene Patrick; and great, great-grandfather, Herman Rice and Hershell Patrick.
Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
A private Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
