Amorah Lynn Payton

Amorah Lynn Payton, 9 months, of Westville, IN, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Riley's Children's Hospital.

Amorah was born on February 12, 2024, in Indianapolis, IN, to Tyler and Anastasia (Lawrence) Payton.

Surviving Amorah are her parents; sisters, Amelia and Avionna Payton; grandparents, Phillip (Carissa) Lawrence, Wendy (Joseph) Baumgartner, and Tara (Jason) Payton; great-grandparents, Amy (Bob) Kollar, Barbara Leach, Cathy Peters, and Lois Thacker; uncles, Declan (Jenna) Lawrence, Rowan Payton, and Austin Payton; aunts, Tessa Lawrence, Ella Lawrence, Lyra Lawrence, and Arien Evans; cousins, Gwenyth, Noah, and Phoebe Lawrence and Iris Evans; as well as numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandfathers, Dewey J. Lawrence, Willliam D. Kollar, and David K. Payton.

Amorah was feisty, making her a fighter throughout her precious life. She loved to blow bubbles. Amorah's great eye contact connected her loved ones to her in a way like no other. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

A time of visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of service on Sunday at the funeral home.

In honor of Amorah's fight, the family kindly requests the wearing of red for Amorah's services. The color red will show support to the family and many other individuals that struggle with or have passed due to heart disease.
