Annalou S. Harlow

December 7, 1933 — August 17, 2003

Annalou S. Harlow, 69, LaPorte, died at 3:30 a.m. Sunday (Aug. 17, 2003) at her home.

A private family service will be at a later time in Aberdeen, Miss. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. Cutler Funeral Home handled arrangements.

She was born Dec. 7, 1933, in North Judson, Ind., to Dewey and Eunice (Vaughn) Scott. On June 4, 1954, in Jacksonville, Fla., she married Willis Frank Harlow, who died Jan. 1, 1986.

Survivors include one son, Michael (Marti) Harlow, Kingsford Heights; four grandchildren, Michele, Monica, Jack and Christopher; two sisters, Loretta Vaughn and Lois L. Ott, both of LaPorte; two brothers, Paul King and Raymond King, both of Mishawaka; and several nieces and nephews.

Also preceding Mrs. Harlow in death were one daughter, Nancy; two sisters; and two brothers.

Mrs. Harlow had worked as a seamstress for the Levi Strauss Co. She was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served during the Korean War. Mrs. Harlow also was a member of the American Legion Post 83.
