Annamae Amelia Couch Watt, 82, of Rolling Prairie, Indiana, died at 6:00 a.m. Friday, January 21, 2005 at her home.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 25, at Countryside Christian Church with Rev. Rick Jones officiating. Visitation is Monday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Cutler Funeral Home and Tuesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. Burial will be in Patton Cemetery.
Annamae was born December 12, 1922, in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert & Emma (Benkert) Couch. On April 5, 1941, in St. Joseph, Michigan, she married Wallace H. Watt, who preceded her in death July 12, 1985.
Surviving are daughters Doris (Ron) Hickman of Bridgeman, MI, Gloria (Sim) Womack of Rolling Prairie, and Shirley Yoquelet of Clarksville, TN; grandchildren Sandy Greene, Terri Springs, Toni Peckham, Brian Hickman, Roy Yoquelet, Glenn Womack, David Hickman, and Christine Springs; and 14 grandchildren.
A grandson, Larry M. Yoquelet, preceded him in death.
Annamae retired from the University of Michigan as a payroll clerk. She was a member of Countryside Christian Church and the LaPorte Hospital Auxiliary. She was also an Avon representative.
