Annie Lorine (Jackson) Wilke

Annie Lorine Wilke, 74, of Michigan City, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at her home, with her loving family by her side.

Annie was born on September 26, 1944 in Stanton, TN, to John T. and Nancy J. (Simpson) Jackson.

On May 9, 1964 in Michigan City, she married Ronald, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are her beloved children, Angela (John) White of Michigan City, Tonya (Joe) Heller of Englewood, TN., and Amelia (Martin) Rebac of Michigan City; 10 grandchildren, Samantha, Brandon, Buddy, Krista, Amber, Collin, Zachary, Tyler, Laci and Elijah; and 15 great grandchildren; sisters, Nancy (George) Payne, Linda Fensler and Barbara Cowgill, all of Michigan City; brother, Larry (Linda) Jackson of Michigan City; and many nieces, nephews and loving friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Gregory Wilke; grandson, James K Henry, II; granddaughter, Brooklynn Dunbar; brother, John L Jackson; and sisters, Bonnie Davis and Betty Riley.

Annie was a sewing machine operator for 17 years at Michiana Resources. She also worked at The News Dispatch for 10 years and Albano's Villa for over 10 years.  Her favorite past times included sewing, crocheting and spending time with her family. Annie loved traveling to Tennessee, gardening, canning, and attending garage sales.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4 pm on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Robert (Bob) Gerstenberg officiating.  Burial will follow at Pinhook Cemetery.  Pall Bearers include Brandon Henry, Buddy Garwick, Collin Garwick, Martin Rebac, John White and Dakoda Roberts.

A time of visitation will be held from 12 pm until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
