Barbara Mae (Mansfield) Klosowski

Barbara Mae Klosowski, 94, of La Porte, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Franciscan Health Michigan City.

Barbara was born in Michigan City, IN, on July 3, 1928, to Fred William and Elsie Marian (Phillips) Mansfield.

On July 16, 1988 in La Porte, IN, she married Robert Klosowski, who preceded her in death on June 8, 2009.  Surviving are her children, Carol (Kurt) McMahon of Kingsbury, David (Michelle) Euler of La Porte, and Edward  Euler of La Porte; 7 grandchildren, James (Chris) McMahon, Sandy (Terry) Huber, Toni (Don) Kopanski, Charles (Diane) Euler, Amy (Terry) Chadderdon, Brandi (Frank) Anderson, and Keri (Jeremiah) Keehn; 16 great-grandchildren; 7 great, great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Charles Euler, Robert E. Swanson and Robert Lemke; granddaughter, Sara Euler; brothers, William Mansfield, Ernest Mansfield, Louis Mansfield, Lester Mansfield, Leon Mansfield, Glen Mansfield, Earl Mansfield, and John Mansfield: and sister, Vella Pointon.

Barbara was a teaching assistant for 18 years at LPCSC--Kesling.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.  Barbara dearly loved her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed playing games with her friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 5, 2022 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Dave Peery officiating.

A time of visitation will be held from 4 - 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2022 and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home.  Cremation will take place following the service.
