Barbara Lynn, 80, of La Porte, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Barbara was born in Dorchester, VA, on December 7, 1937 to William and Mamie (Swiville) Crider.
Surviving are her children, Debra Stallard of Virginia, David Mullins and Jimmy Mullins, both of La Porte; brother, Franklin (Darcus) Crider; sisters, Charlotte (Monroe) Jones, Carolyn (John) Wyatt and Rechella (Lonnie) Mann; grandchildren, Paul, Charles, Matt, D.J., Jimmy, Michael, Amanda, Charlotte, Kim, Lisa, and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Savanna, Sabrina, Lexi, Tre, Brittany, Devin, Royonna, Tanner, Blake, Dustin, Desi, Alexis, Nevaeh, Jocelyn, Paris, Taylor, Beulah, and Marley; great-great-grandchildren, Dalton and Austin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Mamie Crider; brothers, Leon and T.C. Crider; sister, Isabell King; daughters-in-law, Pam Mullins and Kathy Mullins; granddaughter, Paula Stacy; and great-grandchildren, Brandon Stacy, Nikki Stacy and Delbert Ezra Vincent Grush.
Barbara loved her life, her family, her church, and her friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 PM (CST) on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Monroe Jones officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 10 AM (CST) until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
