Beulah Polly Droege, 84, LaPorte, died at 12:48 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 7, 2003) at Fountainview Terrace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
A funeral will be at noon Saturday at Cutler Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Gibbs officiating. Burial will be in Patton Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. until the service Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born Sept. 16, 1918, in Springville, Ky., to Clarence and Elizabeth Polley Pollitt. On June 22, 1946, in LaPorte, she married Robert A. Droege, who died Oct. 14, 1978.
Survivors include one daughter, Robin (Ron) Iori, Dearborn, Mich.; and two grandchildren.
Mrs. Droege retired as a bookkeeper at Pinola Elevator. She was a member of LaPorte Presbyterian Church.
