Beverly Ann (Hale) Straight

Beverly Ann Straight, 78, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at her home.

Beverly was born on May 22, 1942 in Iowa, to Darrell and Bonita (Teager) Hale.

In 1961, she married Larry, who preceded her in death.  Surviving Beverly are her children, Teresa (Brad) Proud of Mill Creek, IN, Debbie (Brad) Lubiniecki of La Porte, and Scot (Shawna) Straight of Raymore, MO; 7 grandchildren, Matthew Proud, Lindsey Rohan, Jennifer Hammond, Samantha Albertson, Scot P. Straight, Ayla Straight, and Tyler Straight; 17 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Amy Hale of La Porte; Scooby the cat; and 2 nieces, Edith and Keri.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Chris Straight; daughter, Kristy Straight; and brother, Darrell Hale.

Beverly worked in nursing home medical records for many years.  She enjoyed taking drives and feeding the ducks.  Most importantly, Beverly enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and cat.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
