Brandon Scott Kollar, age 29, of La Porte, passed away on March 11, 2013 at I.U. Health LaPorte Hospital.
He was born in LaPorte, Indiana on March 2, 1984 to William D. and Amy (Wharton) Kollar.
Surviving are his beloved daughters, Gracie and Aubree Kollar; fiancé, Margo Lynch; mother, Amy (Robert Hubert) Kollar; sister, Tara (Jason) Payton; two grandmothers, Katherine Wharton and Margaret Kollar; nephew, Tyler Payton; special nephew, Austin Payton; nephew, Rowan Payton; niece, Arien Payton; father-in-Law, Thomas (Kelli Alfaro) Lynch; several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, William D. Kollar, grandfathers, Herbert Walkerton and Otto Kollar.
Brandon worked as a construction worker. He enjoyed bowling, being the youngest youth in LaPorte to get two 300 games. He played golf and baseball, collected baseball cards, and enjoyed fixing things.
A time of visitation will be held from 3-6 PM Thursday, March 14, 2013 at the Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, LaPorte.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6 PM Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Dan McDonald officiating.
