Buddy Clayton Cooper

Buddy Clayton Cooper, 81, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022.

Buddy was born on September 14, 1941 in Wallace, WV, to Robert and Thelma (Cumberledge) Cooper.

On October 6, 1967, he married Joan Patton who preceded him in death.  Surviving are his children, Joe (Cindy Streeting) Cooper, JoEllen (Ted) Pagels, Jeff (Lori) Cooper, and Jack Cooper; 7 grandchildren, Brandon (Angie) Cooper, Marc Cooper, Benjamin Cooper, Heather Mesich, Jessica LaTourette, Abigail Marquiss, and Mallory Marquiss; several great-grandchildren; brother, Bill Cooper; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Buddy proudly served in the U.S. Army.  He later worked as a steel worker for many years.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
