Catherine Bienas Cavinder Wagner, 86, of Leesburg, FL, died on June 16, 2004 at the Leesburg Regional Medical Center.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Monday June 21, 2004 at St. Peter Catholic Church, LaPorte, IN, with Rev. George Vrabely and Rev. Terry Bennis officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00-6:00 p.m. and Monday from 8:00-9:00 a.m. at Cutler Funeral Home, LaPorte. Burial will be in Grovertown Cemetery.
Mrs. Wagner was born on May 30, 1918 in Sheyenne, ND, to Wash & Helen (Mason) Masterson. She was married to Frank Bienas Sr. and Donald H. Cavinder, both preceding her in death. She then married William C. Wagner, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Frank (Lynn) Bienas, Carmel, IN; daughters Enid Kaye (Pete) Happer, Valparaiso, IN and Valeria Barden, Leesburg, FL; step-daughter, Jerri (Ted) Zabel, Hanna, IN; grandchildren, Deborah Daily, Jody Hittle, Tom Barden and Mark & Greg Happer; step-grand-children, Dawn Griffo and Billy Zabel; 8 great-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren; sisters, Mickey (John) Wright, LaPorte and Margaret (John) Addcock, Lady Lake, FL; and brother, Dean Masterson, Moosup, CT.
Preceding her in death were 4 sisters, Helen Masterson, Velma Masterson, Leota Phillips and Lula Perkins and 3 brothers, Wash (Bud), Lee (Duke) and James Masterson.
