Charles T. Keim, 96 years old of La Porte, IN, died 11:50 P.M. Friday, December 12, 2008 at Golden Living Center Fountainview, LaPorte, Indiana .
He was born August 27, 1912 in Macy, Indiana, Son of the late Daniel Keim and the late Sarah Berger Keim. On June 15, 1936 in Mishawaka, Indiana, he married Sue B. Roush.
Surviving are his wife, Sue B. Keim of La Porte, Son, Jerry (Judy) Keim of LaPorte, Daughter, Marcia (Duane) Fritzen of LaPorte, Daughter, Judy (Harry) Jorgenson of LaPorte, 7 Grandchildren, 3 Step Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by His Parents, 1 Sister, 2 Brothers and Great Granddaughter, Amanda Marie Keim.
He was a member of LaPorte Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club, Masonic Lodge, Michiana Traffic Club and the Elks Lodge. He was a Terminal Manager for Cleman's Truck Line, retiring in 1970.
Visitation will be from 2-5 P.M. Sunday, December 14 and on Monday from 10 - 11 A.M. at the Cutler Funeral Home, 2900 Monroe Street, LaPorte, IN.
Services will be held at Cutler Funeral Home, Monday, December 15, 2008 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Dennis Meyer officiating.
A Private Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery .
