Charles W. O'Neal, 53, of La Porte, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2017 in La Porte.
Charles was born in Ashland, KY, on February 14, 1964 to Kenneth and Florence (Monzat) O'Neal, Sr.
Surviving are his beloved mother, Florence of La Porte; brother, Kenneth (Linda Suarez) O'Neal, Jr. of Niles, IL; sister, Paula Ramsey of La Porte; nephew, Brandon (Jessica Schwarz) O'Neal of La Porte, as well as many other nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth, Sr.; sister, Jenny Gyurin; and brother-in-law, Dennis O. Ramsey.
Charles enjoyed being helpful. He was outgoing and the most friendliest person.
Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
A Private Family Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held.
