Claude Wozniak, 67 years old of Michigan City, IN, died Monday, November 23, 2009 in St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital, Michigan City, IN.
He was born June 6, 1942 in Hammond, IN. Son of the late Stanley "Honey" and Irene (Pawlowski) Wozniak. Claude had lived in LaPorte for many years.
Claude was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran. He was the previous owner of Luigi's Pizza in LaPorte, IN. Claude grew up in the North Hammond area. He attended St. Casimir School and Hammond Tech High School.
Surviving are two sons, Anthony Wozniak of Minn., Andrew Wozniak of AL., one sister, Irene (Tom) Rzonca of Valparaiso, IN., numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be on Sunday, November 29, 2009 from 2-4 P.M. at Cutler Funeral Home. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home with full military rites to follow.
