Dan J. Menke, 61, of Michigan City, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017 at his home.
Dan was born in La Porte, IN on May 21, 1956 to Donald E. and Delores M. (Daugherty) Menke.
Dan is survived by many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, David E. Menke.
Dan worked as a finish carpenter for both residential and commercial contracts. He loved working on his dream home and spending time with his friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 AM (CST) on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
A time of visitation will be held from 4 - 7 PM (CST) on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 and on Wednesday from 9 AM (CST) until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will take place at a later time in Door Village Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
