Debra "Debbie" Ann (Coburn) Newland

Debra Ann "Debbie"  Newland, 57, of Rolling Prairie, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Debbie was born in Baltimore, MD, on April 1, 1960 to Robert and Mary (Mullin) Coburn who survive in La Porte, IN.

In October of 1980 she married Donald "Donnie" Wayne Newland who survives in Rolling Prairie.  Also surviving are her sons, James (Stephani) Newland, Donald Newland, Jr., Christopher Newland; grandmother, Mary Mullin; brothers, Robert (Barbara) Coburn, Charles Coburn, Nicholas Coburn; and grandchildren, Matthew, Bailey, Brooklynn, Paige, and Kiersten.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John Mullin, Robert and Thelma Coburn; and brother, Brian Coburn.

Debbie thrived most when surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren. Debbie often said that her grandbabies were her whole heart. Debbie loved being in the sun and lounging by the pool watching her grandchildren swim while enjoying time with her husband and sons. She loved watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Debbie also loved to camp with her family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5 PM (CST) on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Roger Ash officiating. Burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery at a later date.

A time of visitation will be held from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm (CST) on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
