Denny R. Huddleston, age 58, of La Porte, was reunited with his beloved wife, Kathy, for Christmas.
Denny was born in Madisonville, KY on May 5, 1956 to Ardell and Josephine (Johnson) Huddleston.
Surviving are his beloved son, Scott (Jennifer) Huddleston of La Porte; stepchildren, Shelly (Chris) Pintzke of La Porte, Kim (Rich) Ayala of Plymouth, IN, Michael (Monica) Rowe of La Porte, and Sandy Evans of Martin, MI; grandchildren, Larry (Viva) Benton of Plainwell, MI, Cassandra (Dale) Morris of La Porte, Sarah Benton of Martin, MI, and Samuel and Max Huddleston of La Porte; great-grandsons, Bryson and Dylan Morris of La Porte; mother-in-law, Ogie Sizemore of La Porte; and siblings, Donald Johnson of Saint Charles, KY, Kay (Steve) Brunson of Georgetown,TX, Michael Huddleston of Saint Charles, KY, Charles (Brenda) Huddleston of Coldwater, MI, Leo (Kathy) Huddleston of Saint Charles, KY, Violet (Robert) Ipock of Saint Charles, KY, Carolyn Huddleston of Saint Charles, KY; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 31 years, Kathy Huddleston of La Porte, his parents; two brothers, Dale Huddleston of Madisonville, KY, and Larry Huddleston of Charlestown, IN; and sister, Carlotta Huddleston; and niece, Kimberly Ipock of Saint Charles, KY.
Denny was a member of Christ Gospel Church of La Porte. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing with his grandsons, singing, and reading the newspaper.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 am on Monday, December 29, 2014, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Ricky Bray officiating. Cremation will follow.
A time of visitation will be held from 9 - 11 am on Monday, December 29, 2014 at the funeral home.
