Donna M. Baldwin, age 65, of La Porte, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at IU Health La Porte Hospital. She was born on June 22, 1950 in Danville, IL to Franklin and Laura (Huffman) Fetters. On March 6, 1965, she married Russell Raymond Baldwin Jr., he survives.
Also surviving are her beloved children, Julie (Jeffery) Doran of Trail Creek, IN and Christie (Randy) Turner of La Porte, IN; seven grandchildren, Rusty, Holly, Kayla, Jeffery, Kelley, Christopher, and Cameron; two great-grandchildren, Maddox and Harper; a sister, Judy (Gerald) Finney; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her stillborn son, Russell Edward Baldwin; her parents; and three siblings, JoAnn Boyd, Frank Fetters, and Fran Babcock.
Donna worked at Travel Emporium in Rolling Prairie for over a decade. She was always willing to help others before herself and was a true animal lover.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center on Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 2-4 PM. A private family burial will take place at Pine Lake Cemetery in La Porte.
