Earl Williams

September 17, 1927 — March 14, 2010

Earl J. Williams, 82, of Rolling Prairie, passed away Sunday morning, March 14, 2010 at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born Sept. 17, 1927 in Pocahontas, Ark., son of the late Willie E. and Addie (Moon) Williams.
He was married in May of 1950 to Mary Ann Crama who preceded him in death in January of 1996.
Earl retired from Dwyer Company more than 20 years ago.
Earl is survived by two sons, Allen (Tammy) Williams of La Porte, Roger (Cheryl) Williams of Rolling Prairie; nine grandchildren, Bill, Tara, Damion, Traci, Jason, Heather, Alexandra, John and Mason; 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son Mark and daughter Sherry.
Earl was a United States Navy Veteran who served two terms. He was also a lifetime member of the V.F.W. in Rolling Prairie.
There will be a time of visitation on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 from 4-7 p.m. and from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday at Cutler Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, March 18, 2010 at Cutler Funeral Home with full Military Honors to follow.
Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Michigan City at a later time.
Memorial Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
