Elizabeth Ann Pratt, age 67, of Kingsford Heights, Indiana passed away on March 8, 2013 at her home.
She was born in Gary, Indiana on December 30, 1945 to William and Nina (Elliott) Kollmar.
She was married to Thomas Pratt who survives. Also surviving are her two sons, Timothy (Melissa) Carter, Robert (Donald) Carter; brother, William (Rita) Kollmar; and granddaughter, Lillian Carter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Katherine O'Barski.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Community Presbyterian Church, 39 N Prospect Ave, Clarendon Hills, IL 60514.
