Ella C. Williams , 94 years old of Rolling Prairie, IN, died 1 A.M. Friday, April 24, 2009 at her home.
She was born September 6, 1914 in Rolling Prairie, Indiana, Daughter of the late Henry and Annie (Mangold) Lehker.
In 1932 she married Bernard Williams who passed in 1987.
She was a member of Glendora Trinity Lutheran Church. A former member of St. John's Lutheran Church in LaPorte for many years.
She worked as a Homemaker.
Surviving are Daughter & Son-in-Law, Julia (Hank) Friday of Rolling Prairie, IN, Son, Marvlen Williams of Rolling Prairie, IN, Son & Daughter-in-Law, Lawrence (Jean) Williams, Portland,Oregon, 5 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, 1 Step Grandson, 7 Step Great Grandchildren, Sister, Mary Dittmer, Oregon, and Cousin, Ruth Martell, Three Oaks, MI.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 sisters, 4 brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 4-8 P.M. C.S.T., Tuesday, April 28 at the Cutler Funeral Home, LaPorte, IN.
Graveside Services will be held at Rolling Prairie Cemetery, Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 10 A.M. C.S.T.
