Emm M. McLeese, 46 years old of LaPorte, IN, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 in LaPorte.
He was born on January 1, 1966 in Valparaiso, IN, Son of the late Marciene and Evelyn (Berrier) McLeese Lucas.
Emm worked for Maple City Tree Service. He previously worked as an R.V. Pruduction worker. He loved music, the beach, writing poems and making people laugh. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his mother: Evelyn McLeese Lucas of LaPorte; son: Norman (Jeni) McLeese of Wyatt, IN; sisters: Jackie (Dennis) Jeffers of LaPorte, Beth Hon Matthews of Lafayette; brothers: Kevin (Sharon) McLeese of Rochester, IN., Michael (Linda) McLeese of LaPorte, Bill (Lori) Hon of LaPorte, Steven Hon of LaPorte; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his son Norman's mother: Janet Lehman-Smith of North Judson, IN.
He was preceded in death by his father and niece: Amy Douglas.
There will be a time of visitation from 4-6 Monday, January 23, 2012 at Cutler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, LaPorte, IN.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Monday, January 23, 2012 at Cutler Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Pastor Brandon Martin of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in LaPorte officiating.
