Emma Ransom, age 89 of Plover, WI and formerly of LaPorte passed away on Saturday, April 27, 213 at 3:35 am in Mapleridge Memory Care, Plover, WI.
Emma was born on August 30, 1923 in Mandan, ND to Frank and Emma (Beba) Kottsick.
She was married on April 26, 1942 to her husband of 55 years, Webster Arthur Ransom who passed away on February 19, 1998.
Surviving is her daughter, Sandra D. McAdam of Stevens Point, WI.
Emma was a homemaker, office manager of the family business, and Guacio National Missions Project of the Presbyterian Church in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico. She was a member of Frame Memorial Presbyterian Church, Stevens Point, WI and former member of La Porte Presbyterian Church.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, May 3, 2013 at the LaPorte Presbyterian Church with Rev. Susan Zencka, pastor of Frame Presbyterian Church, Stevens Point, WI officiating. Interment will follow the service at Pine Lake Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of service on Friday at the church.
