Eugene Frank Dickelman, Sr., 74, of La Porte, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2016.
Eugene was born in Chicago, IL, on January 21, 1941 to Wilbur and Josephine (Kielbasa) Dickelman.
Surviving are his beloved children, Eugene (Renee) Dickelman of La Porte, Wendy (Christopher) Mark of New Buffalo, Penny (Tim) Qualkenbush of New Buffalo; grandchildren, Eugene Dickelman III, Tiffany Dickelman, Michael Mark, Sean Mark, Michael Quakenbush, Madison Rhew, Morgan Rhew, Brayden and Keely Qualkenbush; brother, Joseph (Sylvia) Dickelman of St. John; sister, Theresa (Dick) Dasher; and Cookie the dog. He was preceded in death by his wife Diane Dickelman; and his parents.
Eugene was the BEST GRANDPA IN THE WORLD.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4 PM (CST) on Monday, January 18, 2016 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center. A time of visitation will be held from 2 PM (CST) on Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
