Evan Dean Scott, 4 days old, of La Porte, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN.
Evan was born in Crown Point, IN, on May 2, 2015 to Eric and Jenna (Neuman) Scott.
Surviving are his parents; brother, Myles Scott at home; grandparents, Robert Scott, Darlene Merkel, and Jan & Mark Jones.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Lynn Breeden officiating. A time of visitation will be held from Noon until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will take follow the service at Patton Cemetery. A funeral luncheon will be held at 4 PM on Wednesday at Lambs Chapel United Methodist Church in Rolling Prairie.
