Gavin Alexander Hayes was stillborn on February 26, 2005 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana.
A private family service was held on Sunday, March 6, at the Rolling Prairie United Methodist Church.
Gavin's parents are Matthew G. and Robin (Plank) Hayes of Rolling Prairie, IN. He is also survived by sister Emily, at home, and grandparents Sandy Ohlund of Rolling Prairie, Dick and Cynthia Plank of Michigan City, IN, Jerry and Irma Hayes of South Padre Island, TX and Ginny Reise of St. Louis, MO.
