Gearold "Gary" Kinsey, age 70, of La Porte, passed away on November 6, 2013 at his home.
He was born in La Porte, IN on October 5, 1943 to Dale Lincoln and Mary (Smith) Kinsey.
On September 19, 1987, he married Judy (Johnson) Kinsey who survives. Also surviving are his beloved children, Brian Kinsey of Oregon, Karen Kinsey of Oregon; 7 grandchildren; sister, Judy Ann Hayman; brother, Jerry Kinsey of Prescott, AZ; and nephew, Dewey Hector.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Gary was a US Navy Seal. He also worked as a Rancher and a professional painter. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6PM on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center. A time of visitation will be held from 2 PM on Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Full Military Honors will be presented at the funeral home during the service. Cremation will follow the service.
