Gladys Gooldy, 75, of Three Oaks, Michigan, died at 6:45 a.m. on Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at her home.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 10, at Galena Baptist Church with Rev. Floyd Wilcox officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Sunday from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Heckman Cemetery.
Gladys was born December 26, 1929 in Scottsburg, Indiana to Fred & Edna (Hall) Crum. On September 3, she and her husband Roger, whom she married in Scottsburg, celebrated 50 years together.
Survivors include her husband of Three Oaks; son Donavon (Mary Virginia) Gooldy of Bolingbrook, IL; daughter Sharon (David) Castlebury of Greenville, SC; brother Joseph Crum of Clermont, FL; and grandchildren Sarah (Bryan) Sheldon, Donavon & Dennis Gooldy and Ashley, Trevor, Tristan, Collin & Sayre Castlebury and one Castlebury on the way.
Her parents, brothers Gerald, Kenneth and Noel Crum and baby sister Doris preceded her in death.
Gladys was a member of Galena Baptist Church to which memorials may be given.
