Hannah Grace Harrison

In loving memory of Hannah Grace Harrison, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 25, at Northwest Health La Porte in La Porte, Indiana.

Hannah came into this world on May 11, 1998, in La Porte, IN, born to her loving parents, Mark and Tracy (Miller) Harrison.

Hannah is survived by her devoted parents; her sister, Sarah Harrison of Fort Wayne; and her caring grandparents, Dave (Judy) Miller and Venna Lower, all of La Porte. She is also remembered fondly by her uncles, Michael (Debi) Miller of Mount Pleasant, MI, and Jeff Harrison of La Porte; as well as numerous cousins who held a special place in her heart. Let us not forget her cherished companion, Scooter.

Hannah was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Rex Harrison and Roger "Bud" Lower; her aunt, Cynthia Rodgers; great-aunt, Sonja Mathis; cousin, Loren Blankenship, Jr.; and friend, Robert "Bobby" Newman.

Hannah's life was marked by her love for board games, cards, and spirited "thumb wars" with friends and family. She found joy in watching Press Your Luck on The Gameshow Network and listening to ACDC. Her youthful spirit was also captured by her fondness for Blues Clues and Tom & Jerry.

She had a creative side and enjoyed crafting, particularly tracing and crocheting. One of her simple pleasures was savoring a meal at Arby's and indulging in her favorite dessert, vanilla ice cream. Hannah's compassion extended beyond herself as she took great pride and care in her fundraising efforts for Relay For Life and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Ride.

A Celebration of Life Service to honor Hannah will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Pastor Tim Ahlemeyer will be officiating the service, and cremation will follow.

Visitation to pay respects to Hannah will be held from 5 p.m. until the commencement of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
