Harvey was the son of the late Thomas & Martha (Hill) Hill.
He was married on August 30, 1934 in North Judson, IN to Helen E. Madsen who preceded him in death on October 24, 2002.
Harvey worked as a Carpenter and Concrete Finisher
He was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses and he loved gardening.
