Jacob "Jake" Robert Pavey, 18, of La Porte, passed away on July 6, 2016.
Jake was born in La Porte, Indiana, on June 22, 1998, to Tracy Richardson and Aaron McPherson who precedes him. Jake is survived by his loving mom Tracy Richardson of La Porte; grandparents, Robert (Roxy) Pavey of La Porte; grandmother, Darlene Pavey; and fiancé, Jonathan Forker of La Porte; great-grandparents, Gene and Mona Pavey of La Porte; great-grandmother, Marilyn Decker of La Porte; and several loving aunts, uncles and family members.
Jake enjoyed playing basketball at Hailmann School and guitar hero which he played very well. Also, he liked going to the beach and hanging out with his friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7 pm on Monday, July 11, 2016 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Jeff Zigler officiating.
A time of visitation will be held from 4 - 7 pm on Monday, July 11, 2016 at the funeral home.
