James Daniel Ivester, 39 years old of Colorado Springs, CO, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at his home.
He was born April 30, 1973 in Harker Heights, TX, son of Dan Charles Ivester and Terry Bowers (Ivester) who are both from LaPorte and were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Surviving are his parents; brothers, Matthew Ivester of Colorado Springs, CO., Todd Bowers of LaPorte; aunt, Vera Bowers; uncle, Tim Bowers; cousin, Eric Johnson and his daughter Cassie Johnson all of LaPorte, IN.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Ivester; and cousin, Jeremy Bowers.
A private family graveside service was held at Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
