Jeanne Ellen (Foster) Culp

Jeanne Ellen Culp, 90, of La Porte, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Northwest Health - La Porte.

Jeanne was born in Elkhart, IN, on August 17, 1931 to Ned R. and Darley (Clark) Foster.

On November 18, 1972 in La Porte, IN, she married Charles, who preceded her in death.  Surviving Jeanne are her children, Ned (Karen) Giggy of La Porte, Lynn Watkins of Shelbyville, Pam Williams of Kingsford Heights, Carla (Steve) Williams of Union City, MI, Wayne (Rhonda) Giggy of La Porte, and Carl Culp of La Porte; 25 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Culp; first husband, Fred Giggy; parents; 2 daughters, Cathy Fort and Jeanellen Mullins; and siblings, Richard Foster, Gary Foster, and Vicki Fordren.

Jeanne was a housewife.  She was a member of Odd Fellows.  Jeanne was a Cubs fan and enjoyed crocheting, bowling, and babysitting.  She loved spending time with her family.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Jeffrey Starkey officiating.

A time of visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.  Interment will take place directly after the service at Patton Cemetery, for both Jeanne and Charles Culp.
