Jerry Douglas Bradley, 73, of Rolling Prairie, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016 at Franciscan Communities.
Jerry was born in New Madrid, MO, on February 19, 1943 to Oliver Hulen and Opal Elizabeth (Head) Bradley.
On September 2, 1961 in New Buffalo, MI, he married Betty Lou Wiltfong who survives. Also surviving are his beloved children, Joe (Cathy) Bradley of Stillwell, IN, Steve (Beth) Bradley, Mishawaka, and Dan (Jana) Bradley of Rolling Prairie; daughter, Kathy Bradley of New Carlisle; grandchildren, Jenna, Zach, Matt, Eric, Drake, Matt, James, Haleigh, Jacob, Nathan, Jonathan, Austin, Ashley, Aryan, and Jackson; great-grandchildren, William, Maxwell, and Landin; sisters, Sandy (Bill) Sullivan of Rolling Prairie and Bonnie (Diana) Bradley of Knox; and brother, David (Donna) Bradley of La Porte. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jerry enjoyed fishing.
A cremation committal has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 6 pm (CST)/ 7 pm (EST) on Friday, March 25, 2016 at Door Village United Methodist Church, 3502 Joliet Rd., La Porte with Pastor Chris Tiedeman officiating. A time of visitation with the family will be held from 3-6 pm (CST)/4-7 pm (EST) on Friday at the church.
