John E. Hudgins, Jr., 72years old of Kingsbury, IN, died Monday, December 27, 2010 in La Porte Hospital.
He was born May 25, 1938 in , Son of John E. & Marie M. (Lower) Hudgins, Sr. He graduated from Stillwell High School and was a U.S. Army Veteran.
He was a member of South Bend Scottish Rite, LaPorte American Legion Post 83, Westville Masonic Lodge No. 192 F. & A.M., and Orak shrine of Michigan City.
He retired after 37 yeas of service with Sheet Metal Workers Local #20.
Surviving are his father, John E. Hudgins, Sr. of Kingsbury; a sister, Diane K. Jones of LaPorte; Niece, Julie (Keith) Allesee of La Porte; Nephew, William (Lea Anne) Jones of Rolling Prairie, IN.; 6 Gt. Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie.
Services will be held at Kingsbury Baptist Church, Wednesday, December 29 at 11:00 AM with visitation from 9-11:00 AM at the church. Rev. Tim Williams officiating. Cutler Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Interment will follow in the Kingsbury Cemetery with full Military Honor's.
