Judi Roebuck, 59, of LaPorte, Indiana, passed away at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, November 6, 2006 at her home.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 11, at Cutler Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Endres officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2:00-6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Pine Lake Cemetery.
Judi was born August 16, 1947, in East Chicago, Indiana to Theodore and Joann (Chrobak) Pool. On August 6, 1963, in Crown Point, Indiana, she married Joseph R. "Sonny" Roebuck, who preceded her in death June 20, 2006.
Survivors include daughters Bobbie Toler, Toni (Richard) Pirkel and Shannon (John) Zlajic; sons Floyd (Tabitha) Roebuck and Joseph Roebuck, Jr; grandchildren Charles Toler, Daniel, Josh, Alicia, Nicholas & Richard Jr. Pirkel; David Brown, Dustin Searing, Michael Roebuck, Jaqui & Christine Orlando, Robin Roebuck, and Heather & Katie Zlajic; great-granddaughter Brooke Renee Roebuck; her mother Joann Bailey of Venice, FL; sister Vicki (Paul) Hryniowiecki, also of Venice; brother Larry Clark of Harrisburg, IL; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
A sister, Debbie Clark, preceded her in death.
Judi was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and daughter. She was beaming ray of light, who gave her all to everyone around her a wonderful caregiver and friend. She had a heart of a saint and eyes like an angel. Heaven received tow of the greatest people ever. Her loving husband of 43 years had passed in June.
"Mom, go and rest with dad now. We all know you missed him so."
Judi will be missed by all who knew and loved her especially her children.
