Kenneth McCann

Kenneth "Ken" Wayne McCann, 80, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Brickyard Healthcare-Terrace Care Center.

Kenneth was born on November 15, 1944, in Sonoma, CA, to Ernest and Bonnie (Jennings) McCann.

Surviving are his sons, Kenneth McCann and Larry McCann, both of La Porte; daughter-in-law, Kimberly McCann; many nieces and nephews; and his caretakers at Brickyard Terrace Center, Heather Combs and Landie Trombaugh.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Ken proudly served in the US Army during Vietnam and retired from the military. He enjoyed reading, being a social butterfly, and spending time with his dog, Luna.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte. Burial with military honors will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery at a later date.
