Biography Mabel Zissides, 86, of LaPorte, Indiana passed away 9:05 PM Friday, January 20, 2009 at Golden Living Center, Fountainview in La Porte.
A Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 PM Monday, February 23, 2009 , with visitation from 4-7:00 PM at the Cutler Funeral Home. Burial will take place privately at Door Village Cemetery.
Mabel was born May 8, 1922 in Ottumwa, IA. to the late Constantine and Paraskevoula (Androutsos) Vourgias .
She is survived by her daughter, Ann (David) Buhner of La Porte; a son Peter Zissides of Chicago, IL; 1 grandson, Evan Buhner of LaPorte and 1 sister, Angie Govostis of Burr Ridge, IL. She was preceded in death by Her parents.
