Margaret A. Handel, 79, of LaPorte, Indiana, passed away at 5:58 A.M. Friday, February 22, 2008 in LaPorte, IN.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, February 25, 2008 at Cutler Funeral Home in LaPorte, IN. Cremation has taken place.
Margaret was born on July 26, 1928 in Cleveland, OH to the late Herschel and Letticia (Rice) Holland.
Margaret was married on November 28, 1947 in Cleveland, OH to Maurice S. Handel who passed away on February 3, 2003.
Survivors include 1 Son: Gregory (Debra) Handel of LaPorte, IN; 1 Daughter: Nancy (Robert) Gradwell of East Aurora, New York; 3 Grandchildren: Steven (Jenelle) and Michael (Angela) Handel, Rebecca (JonMichael) Coppess; 1 Great Grandchild: Mackenzie Coppess; 1 Sister: Sally Kaufman of Saint Louis, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; her Husband: Maurice S. Handel and 1 Sister: Betty Digirolamo.
Margaret was a member of the LaPorte Presbyterian Church in LaPorte, IN.
