Margaret Repak, age 92, of La Porte, passed away on December 11, 2013 at her home.
She was born in La Porte, on August 9, 1921 to Peter and Margaret (Volk) Paul, Sr.
On June 7, 1941, in LaPorte, she married Andy Repak, who preceded her in death on June 19, 2009. Surviving are Daughter & Son-in-Law, Joyce (Robert) Wheeler of New Braunfels, TX, Daughter & Son-in-Law, Karen (Norman) Kleist of LaPorte, IN. Grandchildren: Bobbi Rucker of New Braunfels, TX, Katherine Kintzele of La Porte, and Andrea (John) Lysaught of Fritch, TX; Great-Grandchildren, Justin Green of Indianapolis, Kurt Kintzele of La Porte and Victoria Kintzele of La Porte; sister-in-law, Marcela Paul; her niece and life long friend, Mary (Kampf) Popilchak Hooper; several nieces and nephews; and her friend and caregiver, Debbie Partyka.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Andy Repak, grandson, Gregory Green, brothers, Peter (Edna) Paul, Jr., Louis (Thelma) Paul, Nick (Dorothy) Paul, John Paul; sisters, Lena (John) Kampf, Mary (William) Schwinkendorf, Eva (Joseph) Pionke, and Barbara (Donald) Knoll.
Margaret was a former member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary.
A Private Family Service will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Burial will take place at Pine Lake Cemetery.
