Michael Lee Grogan

Michael Lee Grogan, 68, of La Porte, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at his home.

Michael was born in Martin, TN, on October 20, 1949 to Marsten Granville and Hazelle Kathleen (Sutherland) Grogan.

On November 1, 1991 in Waukegan, IL, he married Kathleen who survives in La Porte.  Also surviving are his beloved sons, Leon Michael Grogan of Arizona, Scott Kurt Grogan of Arizona; brother, Barney Grogan of California; sisters, Sheila Blanchett of Tennessee, Sharon Marko of Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Matthew Michael Grogan; brothers, Bob, Larry, and Jack Grogan.

Michael worked as a Truck Driver. He was a US Army Veteran and a member of the American Legion and the VFW.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
