Mr. Andrew "Jack"

Mr. Andrew “Jack” Patrick, 73, of 1202 Emerick Drive, Fish Lake, died Sunday, May 25, 2003 at 6:27 p.m. at St. Anthony Memorial Health Centers.

The funeral service will be Friday, May 30, 2003 at the Cutler Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Patrick officiating. Visitation is Thursday from 3:00-8:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until time of services. Burial will be in Patton Cemetery with full military rites.

He was born November 26, 1929, in Garrett, KY, to George R. and Angie (McGuire) Patrick. On February 28, 1963, in South Bend, IN, he married Phyllis M. Tener, who survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Debbra Marie (Sarah Grace) Walsh of South Bend, IN; a granddaughter, Jessica Neal; a great-grandson, Jackson Neal; three sisters, Dorothy Daniels of Mill Creek, IN, Elizabeth Carter of Ashland, KY and Josephine Scutchfield of Lexington, KY; and three brothers, Harold of Rush, KY, John of Franklin Furnace, OH and James W. of Winchester, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Richard A. Patrick on January 4, 2000, two sisters, Belle Johnson and Georgie Scutchfield, and a brother, George Patrick, Jr.

Mr Patrick was president of UAW of Allis-Chalmers Manufacturing for more than nine years and worked at Clark Equipment in Michigan City for 15 years. He attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY and was a member of American Legion Post #400 of Fish Lake. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
