A private family visitation and service for Mrs. Rose Miracle Johns will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2004 at the Cutler Funeral Home, La Porte, Indiana. Mrs. Johns, 81, passed away at 5:25 p.m., Friday, September 24, 2004 at the Arthur B. & Ethel V. Horton VNA Hospice Center, Valparaiso, Indiana.
Rose was born November 8, 1922 in Chenoa, Kentucky to Thomas and Ellen Pritchard Head. She married Robert Lee Miracle who proceeded her in death on March 20, 1966. She then married Gary J.T. Johns who survives in Valparaiso.
Also surviving are one Son, Tom & Rose Miracle of Valparaiso. Two Daughters, Judy & Sam Slatcoff of Baton Rouge, Luisiana and Phyllis & David Martin of Kouts. 12 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her Parents, A Daughter, Linda Pflughaupt and a Step Son, Michael J.T. Johns.
Rose was retired from Indiana General of Valparaiso. Memorials may be given to the Arthur B. & Ethel V. Horton VNA Hospice Center, 501 Marquette St., Valparaiso, In 46383.
