Nikki Suzanne Cebra, 50, of La Porte, IN, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at her home, where she was surrounded by her family.
Nikki was born on August 13, 1974, in East Chicago, IN, to Thomas and Sharron (Korem) Costino.
Surviving Nikki are her 2 children, Skylar (Michael) Watson of La Porte and Bryson Cebra of La Porte; 1 grandson, Nikolas Watson; built-in little best friend, Brielle; sister, Missy (Brad) Hudnall of Highland; brother, Chad (Brittany) Costino of Crown Point; father of her children, Brian Cebra; nephews, Hunter Hudnall, Chase Costino, Garret Hudnall, and Gavin Costino; and beloved dog, Zeus.
She was preceded in death by her parents and in-laws, Mike and Ella Cebra.
Nikki was a Field Technician for Local 150. She enjoyed visiting Clearwater beach, kayaking, being outside, dancing, and roller skating. Nikki loved being with her friends and family, particularly her children, grandson, and best friends.
She will be fondly remembered for saying "Positive attitude, positive results", which she often said during her battle against cancer. Nikki will be dearly missed.
Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Bob Vale officiating.
A time of visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
