Surviving are her beloved children, Rose (Bobby) Kraus of La Porte, David McKitrick of La Porte, and Ralph McKitnick of Eustis, FL; grandson, Isaac of La Porte; 11 siblings, Debra (Phil) Alge of Mt. Blanchard, OH, Susan Paul of South Bend, Barb Tackett of Forest, OH, Lori (Wayne) Stefano of Fish Lake, Harold (Nita) Norris of La Porte, Judy (Ron) Campbell of La Porte, Harold (Kathy) Norris of La Porte, Daniel (Patty) Norris of Lutz, FL, Sandra (Ross) Miller of La Porte, Angela (Roger) Nichols of South Bend, and Tammy Norris Finwall of Palm Bay, FL; her boyfriend, Joe; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends will miss her greatly.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Jessica Lyn; a nephew, Jordan Warnock; and 3 brother-in-laws.
Pamela or "Pammie" as she was affectionately called by her family who loved her dearly, was a very generous soul, she gave willingly wanting nothing in return except to be loved. She was very creative and enjoyed crafting, watching birds and squirrels come to her feeders, and relish the beauty of God's creation of flowers. At family gatherings she was the one that always inspired all of us to break out in songs. We then became a choir of voices that blended in sweet harmony, this gave her much joy. Her beloved daughter, Rose; son-in-law, Bobby; son, David; and grandson, Isaac boy as she affectionately called him, were the apple of her eye. She cherished and adored them, they were her world. She often took Isaac boy to church and taught him about Jesus. Joe, her boyfriend of 11 years, called her his best friend. They loved one another greatly and enjoyed attending church together. Pammie spent many years of her life taking care of her mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. She lovingly called her hub. She was passionate about her relationship with Christ and her church. She would tell anyone who would listen that there was hope in God. She held a special place in all of our hearts and always will. As she lay battling the chains of cancer, this disease could not touch her spirit. She prayed passionately with great conviction not only for herself but for others and her family as well. We held her hand and gave her many kisses, said I love you too many times to count, and sang the old Hymns with her. Her strength and worshiping God has formed a circle which can never be broken.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Faith Fellowship of God with Pastor Jesse L. Moore officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 4-7 PM on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center and also from 10 AM until the time of service on Monday at the church.
