Pati J. Stockton, 53, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at her home in Mishawaka.
Pati was born in South Bend, IN, on March 26, 1962 to William Erlin and Marjorie Ann (Keldsen) Stockton.
Surviving are her beloved son, Todd (Courtney) Deutscher of Union Mills; granddaughter, Kennedy; father, William E. Stockton of South Bend; grandmother, June Stockton of South Bend; siblings, Pamela Lake of New Carlisle and William A. Stockton of Caledonia, MI; niece, Brittnay Sudlow; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Ann Billiard; grandmother, Olive Swayzee; and nephew, Bradley Sudlow.
Pati was an administrative assistant at Michigan State University. She was a member of 4-H and enjoyed horses, turtles, and dogs. Pati's faith in Christ was very important to her. She was very adamant about how she lived her life, following God’s direction. She loved to share her love of Christ with her family, especially her son.
A cremation committal has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10 am (CST) on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at First Church of God, 2020 E. Lincolnway, La Porte.
A time of visitation will be held from 9 am until the time of service at the church on Thursday.
