Patricia A. Jackson

Patricia A. Jackson, 73, of Walkerton, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at IU Health La Porte Hospital.

Patricia was born in Illinois on March 8, 1944 to George and Ruby (Utterback) Johnson.

Surviving are her longtime companion of 18 years, Dick Pope of Fish Lake; her beloved children, Durenda (Bobby Bradford) Hawkins of La Porte, Brenda (Keith) Scott of South Bend, Eldon (Vicki Moore) Jackson of La Porte, and Gerald (Toni) Jackson of La Porte; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 36 years, Eldon "Buck" Jackson, Sr.; son, Lonny Jackson; and grandson, Ean Scott.

Patricia loved to play bingo, pool, plant flowers, do yard work, play card games, and go to the casino.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.  A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10 AM (CST) Friday, February 2, 2018 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Mike Johnson officiating.

A time of visitation will be held from  4-7 PM (CST) on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center and from 9 AM  until the time of the service at the funeral home on Friday.
