Patricia "Patty" Ann Johnson, age 51, of La Porte, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at Golden Living Center Fountainview in La Porte.
Patty was born in Chicago, IL on May 18, 1963 to James Elmer and Mary Lou (Green) Linstrom.
Surviving are her beloved children, Daniel Johnson of La Porte, Brenna Johnson of La Porte; former husband, Dennis Johnson of La Porte; sister, Tammy (Phil) Arvia of Thornton, IL; brother, Jim (Susan Miller) Linstrom of Hammond, IN; nephew, Jimmy of Hammond, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Patty loved the Chicago Cubs and the Bears, watching television and spending time with her friends and family. She enjoyed taking pictures and she was a member of the La Porte Seventh Day Adventist Church.
A cremation committal has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Services will be held privately by the family.
